Illimitable Consulting Private Limited
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 15 October 2026
Who we are
TEAlink is a brand of Illimitable Consulting Private Limited (ICPL), Kolkata, India. ICPL operates this website and is responsible for the personal information collected through it.
This policy covers the TEAlink marketing website and enquiries submitted to ICPL. Customer deployments of TEAlink operational software, TEAlink Assist and TEAlink IoT follow their applicable contracts and deployment-specific arrangements. The website's enquiry form is not intended for worker attendance records, biometric information, sensor datasets or confidential customer-system data.
Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, work email and message. You can also provide your organisation, phone number, area of interest and planning timeline. We record the submission time, relevant source or campaign category, and the version of the privacy acknowledgement you used.
Please provide only the information needed to explain your requirement. Do not include passwords, employee records, biometric information or other sensitive business or personal information in the enquiry form.
How we use enquiry information
We use these details to understand your request, contact you about relevant solutions and keep a record of the conversation. We also use them to protect the website against abuse. Authorised ICPL staff may assign an enquiry to a colleague and add private notes needed to handle it.
When you submit an enquiry, you ask us to use your details for that conversation. This does not add you to a marketing mailing list or give consent to website analytics. Separate marketing activity would require its own appropriate notice and permission.
Technical information and preferences
The website saves your theme choice locally. It may also save your analytics choice for later visits. Authorised website staff use session cookies to sign in. The contact form may use a short-lived cookie to show confirmation after saving an enquiry.
Our hosting and security systems may process technical records about website visits, such as request times, network information and errors, to operate and protect the website. We aim to keep only the records needed for these purposes. We do not include enquiry message content in analytics events.
Website visits and analytics
Website analytics can help us understand which pages people visit and how they use features such as solution links and the enquiry form. We may use Google Analytics, other third-party analytics engines, tools developed by ICPL, or a combination of these to generate reports about website visits and use. Depending on the tools and their configuration, this may involve processing online identifiers and technical usage information.
For Google Analytics, the information can include:
- Cookie identifiers that distinguish browsers and visits. - Pages visited, referring websites, visit times and interactions such as solution-link clicks or enquiry-form activity. - Browser, device, operating-system and language information. - Approximate location derived by Google from the connection's IP address.
Google processes the information sent to its Analytics service. Its explanation of data collection and use is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Cookie identifiers and usage records can be personal data even when they do not contain your name. We describe any other analytics engine's data collection and use before asking you to allow it.
We ask for your permission before loading optional visitor analytics. You can decline and still use the website and contact form. When optional analytics is offered, you can change your choice through “Analytics preferences”. We do not intentionally include names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry message text in visitor analytics data.
Allowing analytics permits the collection described in the consent notice. Browsing the website or accepting the Terms of Use does not give that permission. You can withdraw it through “Analytics preferences” by choosing “Decline”. Withdrawal stops future optional collection; it does not undo earlier processing or automatically erase information already held. Contact us to request deletion where applicable.
Who may receive information
Authorised ICPL staff who handle enquiries can access them. Providers of hosting, database operations, backups and transactional notifications may process the information needed to provide those services. With your permission, usage information from optional visitor analytics may be processed by ICPL's own systems, an external analytics provider, or both.
We do not sell enquiry details. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to meet applicable legal requirements, respond to lawful requests, or protect people and the security of our services.
Storage, security and retention
We protect website information with access controls and appropriate technical and operational measures. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Our standard retention period for website enquiries is up to 365 days from submission, unless an applicable legal requirement calls for different treatment. We may remove information earlier when we no longer need it or in response to a valid request. If an enquiry leads to a customer relationship, we handle relevant business records under the applicable customer and record-keeping arrangements.
Deleted information may remain in restricted backups until those copies are overwritten or removed through backup rotation. Contact us for information about storage and processing locations relevant to your information.
Requests and choices
To ask about your information, request correction or deletion, withdraw a permission where relevant, or raise a privacy concern, contact debapriya@illimitable.in. You may also contact sales@illimitable.in and ask for the request to be directed to the appropriate person.
Subject to applicable law, you may request a summary of your personal data and its processing, information about recipients, correction or erasure, and redress of a grievance. You may also nominate someone to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity. Use the contact details above and describe the request; for an enquiry, include the email address used and the approximate submission date. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed.
We aim to respond to privacy grievances within 30 days, or sooner where applicable law requires it. Where the DPDP Act's complaint provisions apply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India after first using our grievance process, as required by the Act.
We may need a proportionate amount of information to verify your request and protect other people's data. We will handle requests under applicable law and explain any relevant limits on what we can provide or delete. Withdrawing analytics permission does not undo processing already completed.
Children and external websites
This website is for business conversations with tea-industry professionals. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review it and handle it appropriately.
External websites and services have their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover those services.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the website or our practices change. We will publish the revised text and effective date. If a changed purpose requires renewed permission, we will ask for it.
